• Items must be unused, undamaged, and in the original packaging.

• Proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation) is required.

2. Non-Returnable Items

• Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling.

• Customized or special-order items.

• Products returned after the 3-day period.

3. Return Process

1. Contact us within 3 days of receiving the product.

2. Provide your order number and reason for return.

3. Once approved, send the product to our provided address.

4. After inspection, a refund or replacement will be processed.

4. Refund & Replacement

• Refunds will be issued after product inspection.

• Refunds will be made through the original payment method (or as mutually agreed).

• Replacements will be provided if the product is in stock.

• Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

5. Damaged or Wrong Product

• If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 24 hours with clear photos or videos.

• We will resolve the issue promptly.
